My mother is a resident of Bupa Berwick. We are very happy with the care and attention she is receiving. The meals are varied and nutritional. The staff are lovely and very caring.

My mother moved into BUPA Berwick when 96 years old. She had lived independently prior to that and it took her some adjustment and time to settle in. The staff at BUPA have been wonderful to my mother and are very caring and kind. Many of them take the time to spend time with mum and are interested in her life story. It has been so nice to hear Mum now consider BUpA Berwick as home.

I am very happy with the care my 100 year old dad has received at this age care home over the past 3 years.The staff are attentive and promptly address any concerns.The food is delicious and caters to various dietary needs and the activities program keeps residents engaged and entertained.The home has a welcoming atmosphere, beautiful gardens and bright spaces make it a comfortable environment for residents.Even in challenging situations, the staff handled it professionally and promptly. I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Bupa Berwick Aged Care Market on Saturday 26th July — and what a heartwarming experience it was! The atmosphere was alive with music, laughter, and dancing as residents and staff came together in a truly joyful celebration. What stood out most was the sense of community — so warm, welcoming, and full of life.
