Mum, Voula, has been in Bupa since 2018. She is so well cared for. The Home is clean and bright. Considered attention is paid to celebrating all occasions for the residents. I could easily name ten staff that deserve pay rises for always going above and beyond. I’m there almost every day for the last six months now so I really do know what happens at Bupa Berwick. The moment l walked into Bupa Berwick l felted welcome by Kayla and Kat❤️. After being shown around, l knew this was the place for Mum. Mum has been a permanent resident since September 2025. The staff treat Mum with dignity, respect and kindness ❤️. The facility is always very clean. Any issues are quickly resolved by her Care Manager- Ayu ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend Bupa Berwick.
I could not recommend this facility more highly. The staff are amazing, as is the care, food, activities, rooms.....in fact there is absolutely no part of being a resident or visitor where they could improve. Mum is thriving and i now wish we had made the decision to place her in Bupa Berwicks care a long time ago. I would even go out on a limb and describe Bupa Berwick as being akin to a country resort.
I am very happy with the care provided at Bupa Berwick. Food is very good. The clinical care provided by the clinical team is excellent. Care Manager, Kanchi is always approachable. I love my room with garden view and I see the chucks outside. Overall I am very happy at Bupa Berwick.
My dad is now living at Bupa Berwick and loves it there, all the staff are supportive, genuine, caring and always willing to help in any way possible. They love a laugh and engaging with the residents. As family we are supported too, welcomed and feel part of the extended Bupa family.
