To whom it may concern tonight dinner was absolutely better than was butter chicken with rice and veg with tomato soup it was very tasty compare to the few days hope it keeps the flavour and taste up thank you
Mum enjoyed her time in respite care at Bupa Baulkham Hills, Kathleen was great in helping with transition from hospital to Bupa aged care also the staff are very caring and mum enjoyed the meals.
4 stars achieved by continued cleanliness of the facilities and all rooms are large solo beds with an ensuite. Great communication via phone and email about any request we have had, healthy appetising meals with good variety and were happy to change the size of meal and dessert to fruit only on request of my loved one. I love that the local high school visits residents regularly, as well as companion animals. Wholesome, tasty food, well presented. Staff friendly, courteous & obliging.
My mum was admitted into Bupa Aged Care 2 weeks ago. Since then, she has been quite comfortable and happy with the care provided by the entire staff. The centre is kept clean each day and the selection of food available to residents has been excellent. Before admitting mum into Bupa Baulkham Hills, we visited a few other aged care centres and must say that it’s beyond comparable so definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a respite centre for their loved ones.
