I recently put mum into respite in the New Year. I was desperately trying to find a placement locally after Xmas as mum was unable to remain living alone. The Customer Service staff at the Baulkham Hills Aged Care, Medha and Kathleen assisted me through the process and have been absolutely wonderful in helping me navigate through this difficult period.
