I recently put mum into respite in the New Year. I was desperately trying to find a placement locally after Xmas as mum was unable to remain living alone. The Customer Service staff at the Baulkham Hills Aged Care, Medha and Kathleen assisted me through the process and have been absolutely wonderful in helping me navigate through this difficult period. Bupa Baulkham Hills is a lovely, lightfilled, style of Aged Care facility, rooms are large with ensuites. My husband has now been in care for over 12 months. The level of care from staff and administration has been beyond and above what could be expected. Every visit encounters smiling, willing and helpful staff, every request is met with helpfulness to try to keep residents happy. My father was at BUPA Baulkham Hills for 13 months to Xmas 2025. It gave me and the family peace of mind that he was in such a good facility which always seemed clean and bright, with kind staff. Dad liked the food and there were lots of activities. When the end came, the carers kept Dad as comfortable as possible, and they were patient with visitors. We are very grateful for the care from the Ward staff and the Administration staff. Many thanks.
To whom it may concern tonight dinner was absolutely better than was butter chicken with rice and veg with tomato soup it was very tasty compare to the few days hope it keeps the flavour and taste up thank you
