BUPA Baulkham Hills is a beautiful, light and spacious facility. It’s a bonus to have such lovely, sunny outdoor spaces. The staff take time & care to know the residents and their families, and are kind and professional in their care of our mum. The range of activities is great and the menu is diverse and plentiful.
Encourage Training college is specializing in aged care courses, is pleased to acknowledge the valuable support provided by Bupa Baulkham Hills in facilitating quality placements for our students. We have consistently received positive feedback from our students regarding their placement experiences and maintain effective communication with the management team. We extend our sincere appreciation to Rubi, Dristi, Bimal, Debie and the management for their contributions.
I am thankful for care for my brother Michael has received at bupa as i know how difficult he can be , many thanks to all the very hard workers there for caring.
Following my mother's recent 3 month stint in hospital, Bupa Baulkham Hills then took on her care in respite. From the outset they have been nothing but responsive, caring, always communicating and giving our mother nothing less than the most wonderful care you could ask for a loved one. My mother has not even been in there for 3 weeks yet and the frequent follow up calls to check on her from Nursing Staff and the Admin team to ensure all is ok and if there is anything else you need has been incredible. My name is Bothwick Le Brocq and I have been a resident at Bupa Baulkham Hills Nursing home since September 23rd 2022.
