My mum became a permanent resident at Bupa Bateau Bay on 17 August 2025, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the care and support we have received. From the very beginning, speaking with Bec about what would be best for Mum was incredibly helpful. She made Mum’s transition into aged care feel smooth and reassuring. Bec even organised for someone to show Mum around on her first day — and by the end of that day, they had become the best of friends. My mother Florence has just passed away at Bupa Bateau Bay. She received wonderful care for the 3plus years she lived there , possibly contributing to her reaching 4 days short of 102years old. She had a great time living at Bupa Bateau Bay. During her short time in palative care, in her room , I was amazed at the continual hourly care she received. My mum has been in Bupa care for 18 months. The care has been amazing, and she is very happy. She feels very at home.
