My mum and dad have been residents at Bupa Banora for 2.5 years. During that time, there has been a noticeable turnover in General Managers and staff, which can be concerning. However, despite this, they have built strong relationships with several dedicated care staff members who have made a real difference in their daily lives. As family members living many hours from our loved ones in Bupa Banora Point, we are incredibly grateful for the care, support and communication from the whole team at Bupa Banora Point. Our experience with Bupa Banora Point has been nothing short of outstanding. From our first meeting with Lisa, who kindly guided us through the tour, to the casual interactions with nurses, kitchen, maintenance, and administration staff while walking the corridors, we immediately felt a sense of genuine care and community. I was working on the Gold Coast last week so decided to pop over the border to see my aunty at Bupa's facility on Banora Point. I wasn't sure if I could just drop in but the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the lady on reception. I think her name is Lisa, and she was very warm and really helpful. The facility looks very nice and clean and my aunty is very happy there. Five stars.
