I visited the home today, the facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. There was lots of residents enjoying the morning activity.
I was working on the Gold Coast last week so decided to pop over the border to see my aunty at Bupa's facility on Banora Point. I wasn't sure if I could just drop in but the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the lady on reception. I think her name is Lisa, and she was very warm and really helpful. The facility looks very nice and clean and my aunty is very happy there. Five stars.

Visited the home today, we were struck by how modern, clean and welcoming the home felt. The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Id highly recommend Bupa Banora Point if you’re looking for quality aged care with heart.
