We love Bupa Banora Point. Bupa take such good care of our parents. The staff are kind and supportive. We are thankful to have found such a wonderful caring nursing home.
Have had a great experience here. Staff are lovely and know everybody by name including their family members. They take their time to fill you in about their day/week. Always clean. Residents are well fed and great activities for them to do.
I recently visited Banora Point while in Australia and had a really positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to see residents being supported in a calm and homely environment. The team clearly care about the people living there and work hard to create a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for allowing me to visit.
