After 13.5 years in care at Bupa Bankstown, my beautiful mum passed away peacefully in her bed, surrounded by her family. Our family would like to sincerely thank Sirjana, the General Manager, Resta, the Clinical Manager, and every single staff member — from the carers and activities officers to admin, kitchen, laundry, cleaning, maintenance, and even the bus driver — for your continuous love, care, compassion, and support over so many years. Im very happy with all the management team, nurses and staff of Bupa Bankstown (especially Veronica from Lifestyle Team), mom is very happy to see staffs taking care of her especially Keshab and Fahim this makes me satisfied and feel peaceful with the care my mum gets here. I totally recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for one. Amazing activities everyday and food is very nice!!! Once again Thank you so much Bupa Bankstown!
From my initial enquiry right through to recently moving my father to Bupa Bankstown, the professionalism, prompt communication and care has been excellent. My father is happy and is being well cared for. Staff from the different teams are engaging, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend Bupa Bankstown.
The staff at Bupa Bankstown are amazing. They care for the residents like they are part if their own family. Special mention for Gina, Frecilyn and Jaquie at front desk they are so helpful. Mum feels safe and content living there. Mum likes Bluey from kitchen and enjoys drumming with Rhama. Great work team, that's why you are Bupas No 1 home
