There are so many aspects of Ballina BUPA Nursing Home that our mother and family love. From a personalised management approach, to a relaxed, friendly, home like environment to endless supply of good quality, interesting meals. Her room is airy, roomy , clean and opens out to a shaded green gardern. Lots of interesting activities and guest artists to enjoy. The staff have all been amazing beginning from the 'tour' right through admission and helping to settle. The major feedback from Mum is the staff are amazing mentioned on every visit. Food looks delish when I visit, I'm going to book in to join some meals they look that great! The building is clean, smells nice and warm & inviting.

I went at Bupa Ballina aged care for uninvited tour and reception staff was very friendly. They showed me the facility and explained everything. I absolutely love the home. It was very neat and clean. I highly recommend to others.

My mother recently entered and I’m very happy with the care she’s getting. The staff are friendly, obliging and courteous. The meals are tasty and her room is bright and comfortable.
