My mum was in bupa, and we are not happy with how mum was treated, sure the staff are friendly, but totally untrained to do their job, couldn't even put mums hearing aids in the right ears or in back to front, never brought the right food when mum had meals in bed, we sent more meals back than i can remember, took ages to respond to the buzzer, nurses half the time couldn't tell us what medication they were giving her, the staff and DOCTOR didn't even know mum had pneumonia, bed sores and was serverly dehydrated even after e... read more

Hello, I am Marcia it's my second time here at bupa ballina as a respite. I enjoy the fellowship with the ladies here. Bupa ballina is lovely and clean and everybody around all fits each other. The staff are very caring and always speak and ask if they can help you. I find it very good here. The food is beautiful here compare to other.
