I went at Bupa Ballina aged care for uninvited tour and reception staff was very friendly. They showed me the facility and explained everything. I absolutely love the home. It was very neat and clean. I highly recommend to others.
My mother recently entered and I’m very happy with the care she’s getting. The staff are friendly, obliging and courteous. The meals are tasty and her room is bright and comfortable.
The people at BUPA Ballina are fabulous and friendly in all areas managers, helpers, nurses, all have a smile! They helped to expertly minimise the shock of our mother moving from living alone at home in to a safe and secure aged care home. We now know she is safe. And she is now actually improving in her well being and health. Well done to Lydia and the team!
