My mother had a short stay at BUPA Ballarat and facility was caring and compassionate. Communication with family was professional in every aspect. I can highly recommend BUPA and sincerely thank all staff.

My mum was very reluctant to move into aged care after living independently all her life. The staff at BUPA made the transition for us all so much easier. While navigating the guilt on our part, and the fears on her part, we are all finally settling in to a new life. BUPA offers loads of fun activities to fill in the day of residents. A huge thank you to Kim, Belinda, Taylor and Bibek for their friendliness, support and compassion. They aim to please and make this place a home for our mum.

BUPA has surpassed our expectations. The staff at BUPA made the transition for us all so much easier.
