My 90 year old mother was admitted for respite care at Bupa Ashfield for 4 weeks. She was taken care of so well by all the staff. Everyone was kind and compassionate.It was my family's first experience admitting my beloved mother in an aged care facility.The Bupa Ashfield team made it less overwhelming for all of us. I am a close friend of Myrna. Myrna has been in Bupa Ashfield for 2 years. Myrna has been happy in the aged care. I am happy with the care and support provided to Myrna. She is well looked after. Staff are very kind to her. They also update me every month and when there is a change for her. She was struggling before she moved into Bupa, she is in better hands now. A absolutely beautiful aged care home, with kind and caring Bupa staff with attention to detail personal care for each resident. With my father a resident of the care home almost 5 years this year , the compassion the Bupa team have showed me through the years , the understanding tailored for my father needs . Also the with exciting bus trips each week to different venues and adventures, which myself enjoys going along to support my father .
