I had an urgent need to find a nursing home for a friend returning to Australia with dementia. Over the 3 years I’ve been visiting him, I’ve never doubted that I chose the right place. Staff are angels and extremely kind and caring, often in very difficult situations. I visit at least once a week so I have had plenty of opportunities to observe his care and that of other residents. Mum went into age Care on 1 April 2025. She had advanced dementia and was recommended by the manager Karen at Bupa Bexley. Since then mum’s care has been excellent. Although she is still finding it hard to settle the staff have been very caring and accepting of her situation. I am so confident of the work that’s been done to look after my mother who is 91 years of age?
I’m proud to say that I’m blessed to have found Bupa Aged Care in Ashfield. My Father has been a resident here for one year. I’m more than happy with the care and support given to him. The staff are caring, compassionate, friendly, loving and respectful to all their patients, my father included. They go above and beyond their duty of care day in and day out.
