The staff at Bupa Ashfield are just amazing. My mother has late stage Alzheimer’s and she is so well cared for by the staff and specialists. The Nursing and caring staff are so vigilant and caring, and show such kindness to everyone. They are also very supportive to our family which has made a huge difference at such a challenging time for everyone. 🥰
I have a family member who has been a Bupa Aged Care in Ashfield for 6 months. I am happy to say that he is looked after very well. The staff are very kind and polite when I interact with them and I feel that there are enough staff employed there to handle the work-load. My parent has been a resident there since April 2024, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of care and service provided.
