Thank you Bupa Armidale. Gerard is 84 YO who requires 3 by 1 hour compression trouser therapy every day. Bupa staff are diligent and careful in this requirement of Gerards care. Gerard is complimentary of the standard of meals throughout the day. Most importantly, Gerard is enthusiastic in his praise of the carers and he frequently speaks of their kindness. Bupa Armidale welcomed me when I came out of hospital and looked after me with excellent care. The staff supported me with everything I needed, including help in the bathroom, meals, and activities. Every carer was kind, caring, and attentive, helping me regain my confidence until I felt ready to manage on my own at home. I am truly grateful for all the support, compassion, and care I received. Thank you to everyone at Bupa Armidale.

Bupa aged care Armidale were there for my family when we needed it. They made every effort to make my father comfortable while he recovered from surgery and didn't hesitate to check in on him. I'm very grateful for the kind caring teamwork of the staff. Thank you.

Some months ago, my husband became quite unwell, and after spending some time in hospital, we felt that the best care for him would be at Bupa. We have had a strong connection with Bupa for many years, as both of my parents enjoyed living in their units and being part of the community at “Hilton,” as we used to call Bupa. I recently stayed at Armidale Bupa Aged Care for a few weeks and had a very positive experience. The staff were caring, professional, and always willing to help. They treated residents with kindness and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
