Some months ago, my husband became quite unwell, and after spending some time in hospital, we felt that the best care for him would be at Bupa. We have had a strong connection with Bupa for many years, as both of my parents enjoyed living in their units and being part of the community at “Hilton,” as we used to call Bupa. I recently stayed at Armidale Bupa Aged Care for a few weeks and had a very positive experience. The staff were caring, professional, and always willing to help. They treated residents with kindness and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Meals were nutritious and enjoyable, and there were activities available to help residents stay engaged and connected. It’s been great and I am very happy with the staff. The food prepared by the chef was fantastic.Everything did in this place was great and makes me feel good. I find it hard to use common bathroom as I am not used to it if all the rooms can have its own bathroom in the future would be great otherwise services are fantastic. With regards, Joan

My Father was in this facility for nearly 2 years, I have worked in age care before but I would like to say the facility is well kept and clean. I have never seen so many carers that actually care, they went above and beyond for my father. Due to his state at this time he was very difficult some days but they just smiled and carried on with their work.
