We witnessed happy, proactive staff attending to residents’ every need. Organised events, pampering and music. If you are seeking respite or full time care, do yourself a favour and meet the team here. I bet you’ll be blown away. A wonderful, welcoming community within Armidale!
Bupa Armidale has been such a caring and compassionate place for my grandmother. The staff are always friendly and make her feel safe and supported, which gives our whole family peace of mind. She really enjoys the activities and entertainment – even simple things like manicures brighten her day. I am so relieved to know my mum is in a good place. There are nice safe courtyards to get some sun and birds! It's a small group and everyone knows each other by name. When you walk in, staff and residents smile and say hello. Mum's getting all the physical care she needs, and promptly. There are also the kind touches like being lent a radio and having a TV moved closer. Mum enjoys the desserts, and the staff even know how I like my tea! appreciate the love and care given to my husband Norman at BUPA Armidale. Having been involved for over 4 years I have seen BUPA ups and downs over these years. I am pleased to say, that it is now on the ups with Sunil is in charge things have improved greatly.
