I am happy the way the staff have supported my father, he only has good things to say about everyone at the home. He is very happy enjoys the food and loves the activities
They provide quality care for my mum with dimentia. She is happy there with all the staff and residents.
I arrived here 3weeks ago I have found the management and reception staff to be of an exceptional standard . Some of the Tuscan staff are also very professional and capable, including Sue and Ginger. It is a puzzle why the corridors are darkened each evening when the sun is shining outside . Average turn off time is 7.30 pm. The menu sounds quite good and I have had a couple of acceptable meals here. The chef’s own viniagrette is delicious!!!!!
Staff very helpful and accommodating. Always happy to assist and very friendly. If they can't assist, they call the appropriate person or leave notes for them.
My father has been a resident at BUPA for the past 18 months , in this time the management and staff have made dads transition from home to BUPA as smoothly as possible meeting all dads needs and the family needs . It’s an extremely difficult time for family and the staff and management have been there every step of the way which has been great especially for dad as after all this is whom predominately it’s about .
