They are just what you want from a trade showroom - full of stories and information about the product - and attentive to your design needs. A must visit when you are in NY next! Visit The Interior Arts Building at 306 East 61st - the other showrooms in the building are also worth a visit - James showroom, Lucca Antiques Doris Leslie Blau to name a few!
Customer service is polite and prompt. A great range of furnishings are on offer: unusual furniture pieces alongside art, too.
Employees are rude - most reviews here talk about products but not the showroom experience - the showroom itself is a mess of not so pretty artwork and "antiques" with no clear vision. Definitely not worth the visit to showroom - stick to the pretty catalogue -
