I was ticketed for going 75 in a 65 on I-15 northbound mile marker 105. I documented the speed limit and contacted numerous NDOT officials proving the speed limit to actually being 75. I was incorrectly targeted by radar for speeding. Not being able to take time off of work I was unable to fight the ticket in open court and plead no contest. This court house is located in a small town. Upon arrival, the clerk was very friendly and helpful. When it came to appearing in court, the same clerk gave instructions and options of how to plea. The judge was also very nice and open to hearing my case. They are closed (I think) Thursday-Sunday. Their dress code for court is no halter tops, no tanks tops, no shorts and shoes must be worn. They accept Mastercard and Visa (debit and credit card at no fee), money order, cashier's check and a couple other options.
