Terrible... Got my Bunk Bed delivered by RL Carriers who was contracted by Bunk & Loft Factory. They damaged the delivery which I signed for upon delivery. The Delivery guy had me call Bunk & Loft Factory and left the property. Fast Forward to today December 21st 2108, I get a letter in the mail from RL Carriers saying they will pursue me for non payment for the shipping. I call RL Carriers and they say they can collect from me and sue for the delivery as well. Keep in mind I paid for the shipping when i bought the bed from ... read more
