I thought this physio was great. He did exactly what I expected, explained everything and was professional and likeable. No qualms using him for future appointments.
Have you ever received a service that you felt wasn't up to par so you've given the Manager feedback to have them understand your position and assist them with their internal growth? What if that Manager came back and told you that they don't believe you? If that would make you upset, I suggest you don't go to our local Physiotherapists. I had NO MORE than 5 minutes manipulation after having 3 weeks of migraines from a sore neck, waited to see them so I could support local and paid $130 for 5 minutes of treatment.
