Wonderful, nonjudgmental and encouraging staff, can't wait to kick start my weight loss journey. Slightly beating myself up for not going out of my comfort zone earlier due to "fear" around not being able to keep up with the class due to my lack of coordination.
Buyer beware This place is a scam, they cancelled a class and have not refunded the money 2 weeks later claiming their accountant is out of town. This happened to my daughter and her friend. Both have not been refunded.
