an absolute rip off & overall bad experience. maid of honour here!! limo was booked to leave at 3pm for a 3:30pm ceremony (re-confirmed via phone the day before). gets to 3:05pm & no sign of limo, after we’d been standing outside for 20 minutes. i call the business multiple times & no one picks up for a while. finally when i get a call back & i explain that we are waiting for a 3pm limo & wanting an eta, i get a good old sarcastic “darling… it’s about 3 minutes past 3pm”, i said that i understand this but we had to have left... read more
As a Celebrant I think we need to be reliable, on time, and keep our standards up. Not arrive over half hour late to collect Grooms group and then over half hour late to arrive at wedding with Brides group. Very untidy service.
