Save yourself the stress and stay away from that company!!! I received my flowers which were originally for a wedding but I wouldn’t use them for any occasion. My order was shipped on June 25th and I received the order at 5:16pm on the 26th of June. After unpacking everything to store properly I took all the pictures within 3 hours or receptions. If you’re considering ordering from this company, I would strongly advise against it. My experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the promises made on their website. I ordered flowers for my wedding, and they arrived completely unusable - wilted, moldy, brown, and poorly packaged with no preservation in place. I immediately reached out with over 20 photos showing the extent of the damage. ordered 600$ worth of flowers. It took 2 and a half days for our order to arrive once shipped. 1/3 of the flowers were already molded and falling off the stem on arrival. Customer service took over 12 hours to reply to start a claim, then stated we needed to start a claim prior to 12 hours otherwise it would not be accepted. Disappointed.
Strongly recommend not ordering from this company - specifically any flowers for delivery. No guarantee your order arrives and you will not be covered if there are problems. We placed a large order for a wedding and they were lost in shopping. When they finally came (day be for wedding) they were unusable. Bunches Direct does not take any responsibility for shipping errors and does provide compensation. Recommended finding a more trustworthy alternative which has your back if there are delivery issues.
Bunches Direct delivered over $1,200 worth of DEAD and ROTTING flowers to a bride TWO DAYS BEFORE HER WEDDING! I generally don't like to post negative reviews but I had to call this company out for this situation. Can you imagine the unmitigated gall of a florist to do something like that to a young bride?
