I went to see Jools 4 weeks postpartum with my second bub for a plan on getting back into exercise and to check my pelvic floor health. She was the best - fun, warm, knowledgeable, professional! I had such a great experience and she was delightful!
I visited Sinead postpartum for a physio review! She is incredible, so knowledgable and really helped ! She recommended baby slash, i attended the mums and bubs group session with Sinead was running the session! It was a 10/10 experience for myself and bubba !! We loved it !! Thank you bumpity bump physio for putting on these sessions !
