We love our new black out blinds for those early movie nights, we have used Bumble Bee Blinds twice and even when there was a minor confusion in ordering Tonya took care of it right away. I have no reservations referring them to family and friends.
I love my new Norman Smart Drapes shades from Bumble Bee Blinds. I've been looking for new blinds for my sliding glass door for a long time. I met the Bumble Bee staff at a home show. I explained I was having trouble deciding what product to use and they showed me a picture of the smart shade. It was perfect for my busy sliding glass door. Great from start to finish. Annie and Tonya were wonderful to work with in helping select the correct product and colors. They kept me well informed on time of delivery. Susan and Jim came out to our rural location to install and go over how to use and care for the blinds. Susan took time to help download an app that will allow me to raise and lower blinds remotely. This feature is wonderful since the blinds are for our farmhouse vacation rental property. Highly recommend.
Bumble Bee Blinds is the only place i will ever use for my business and house. Customer service is amazing. Placed to order and 2 weeks later the blinds were installed. They worked with me to really understand what would be best for my business. 100% would recommend Bumble Bee Blinds.
