Very disappointing experience. The female cashier inside was arrogant and unfriendly, and I was overcharged at checkout. When I noticed the mistake and went back, she refunded the extra amount, but never apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen, but basic courtesy matters. If a customer is overcharged because of the store’s mistake, a simple “I’m sorry” should be the minimum. Her attitude made the whole experience very unpleasant, and I would think twice before coming back.
