Few years past he helped me solved the problems but now this year he seems not doing his properly job with filing my taxes. He said that my W-2 has not enough hours and I cannot file my kids for taxes etc etc. my income tax for this year is way off. My wife has been coming to this man for 25 years. Never had an issue until this year while filing. He screwed my return up three times. Called the IRS and they told me that he did me a disservice, he amended my return when he should’ve let the IRS adjust it and I would’ve had my return before August. His “corrected return” still wasn’t even correct. While he still charged me $260, for errors. I’ll never come to this man again. He’s rude and cocky on the phone when you try to get answers.
