Was on a bike ride when I passed the shop, so I spontaneously brought my bike inside to inquire about some tune-up/improving my brakes. Tyler was an incredible help!! He not only oiled the bike chain, but tightened the brakes and even recommended deferring a brake pad replacement. His honesty and generosity did not go unnoticed. My bike was a totally different ride leaving the shop. I’ll be back!!!

Truly AMAZING first time buying experience! Sure, you could go to a large retail bike store but you definitely won't get the service I got today at this local bike shop. Tyler, thanks again!

Long story made short. My rear derailleur hanger broke in Greensboro Day 2 of a 4 day ride from Charlotte to DC. No one had the hanger so we got on the internet looking. These guys helped me out after a drive to Durham I was up and rolling. Thanks for the fix. I will add that a cycling cap with Bullseye on the flip up would sale like crazy. Mine should be free since it was my idea.
