Not only is my smoker just an absolute beast of a unit, the total acquisition process was amazing! Craig was really knowledgeable and helped me to establish what I wanted in my custom smoker. Amanda gave me regular updates and took care of me throughout the whole process until it showed up at my door. The actual Que, what can I say besides this is my smoker for life!
