The service we have received from the team has been first class throughout. They have guided us through the process, offering advice on the most suitable furniture for our needs, and providing design options to allow us to incorporate existing furniture where needed. The installation team were also very efficient and ensured that everything was perfect before they would sign it off. Highly recommend!
Having worked with Ian & Josh on previous projects when we had a number of rooms requiring furnishing they were the first choice. Quick to understand a project and suitably advise what's achievable within your budget or where you may consider alternatives. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different chairs and their features, and he really took the time to explain everything to us. I recently purchased my office furniture from Bullock & Bosson. The staff were super helpful from the moment I arrived. There was no hard sell at all. In fact it was very much about understanding what I needed and finding the solution that worked best. The team arrived to fit the furniture and were polite and professional and had the setup assembled quickly and left leaving no mess. Very impressed with this company and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and professional service with zero hard sell.
Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was important that the chair would rise to the correct height and e found the exact one which suited thanks to there being a variable-height desk in the showroom. Excellent service and great product!
