Almost got hit by this driver today on I-75NB between Berea and Richmond, KY. I pulled onto the interstate and he sped up to try and beat me which almost made me wipe out. I was at the END of the on-ramp so I had no choice but to get over as traffic wasn't allowing for me to go any slower to let him get ahead of me. That's when he decided to come inches from my rear bumper and then stayed there a good 3 minutes to either speed me up or to get in the middle lane.
