Can’t recommend Bulletproof enough! It really is a different approach to PT and rehab. I came in with persistent lower back pain due to disk degeneration. Marcus Ripley has been fantastic! Worked with me to finally work through my pain and become confident in my back strength and movements again in the gym. Thank you!
The staff at Bulletproof have been wonderful. I have always put together my own workouts but needed help with a postpartum plan. Sara worked with me to make an individualized plan with details notes and videos to help ensure I was doing them correctly. I felt excited to go to Bulletproof and it has made me confident about getting back into the gym. I would highly recommend for anyone and love the personalization of this facility.
I came to Bulletproof experiencing shoulder pain from being a mom to young children. Sara did an amazing job giving me exercises to help me strengthen my rotator cuff. My pain is gone and I really appreciated the wide variety of exercises she taught me. The results really worked for me!
