After running a few marathons I developed a bad case of plantar fasciitis that was becoming a daily issue. I came to Bulletproof 4 months ago for help with a wrist injury (hyperextension). The injury kept me from doing everyday tasks and also limited the movements that I could do in the gym. Each session starts with a check-in on how my wrist is feeling and any movements that I attempted for workouts recently. Great group to help with a variety of needs. Most of my body had some sort of pain from a degenerative joint disease, Marcus got me fixed up to where I no longer have pain. Highly recommend for any PT needs!
Steven is the man, best PT in Houston
So thankful to this team and specifically Steven who is the PT I work with. He hit the delete button on my low back and hip pain and got me back to normal life. I came in with pain a majority of the day. Even after the first day (the evaluation), I saw significant improvement from just a few mobilizations Steven gave me.
