Very rude customer service. I called with a simple question about property taxes after purchasing a home, and was told, “I don’t have time to listen to this, I’m busy.” She also brought up how tax softwares are all different even though my question had nothing to do with any software. Overall, the interaction was unfriendly and unhelpful.
They are amazing to work with and have helped me so much! Highly recommend!
We have been using Bulldog tax for many years. But the last 4 years we have had nothing but a nightmare. We have had to fight the IRS every year because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Do yourself a favor and go some place else.
