We have been using Bulldog tax for many years. But the last 4 years we have had nothing but a nightmare. We have had to fight the IRS every year because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Do yourself a favor and go some place else.
Been going here for years until this year. After the owner the man that passed away this place has gone to shit and after today going in to file my return and his wife Susan that is left running the place is VERY RUDE and a liar! I had previously filed an extension and when I went in today after she called me to schedule my appointment to do my returns she refused to do them AFTER she told me she would knowing the complications and my unique situation. Great experience at National Storage in New Albany! The staff were super friendly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable storage spot in the area.
I have been using the two "main tax preparers" for years with great reservations and "canned" each after their mistakes proved to have cost me. Today I found out just what that cost was. Five stars to Bulldog Tax Service for their knowledge and thoroughness. dw
