I would not use an insurance company that uses this company to finance their payments. I was with them because I had to be due to my outdated house for almost two years. I had nothing but problems with them. Their website never works and is outdated they charge $5 for processing a credit card and then $10 for the late fee when it's their fault because they locked you out of your log in and they are not there after hours. Really helpful in explaining how the premium financing works.
Cancelled policy we had through them with Lloyds, received confirmation, yet they continue to debit our account. Had to work with bank to dispute transactions and stop future payments. Not happy.
