the bus drivers are great, the bus schedule is not. routes get paused randomly with no warning for the people waiting for the bus and already on the bus. they have a bare bones staff and the bus drivers arent relieved for short breaks so the entire route becomes 10-30 minutes late. if you arent leaving an hour early for your class thats a 15 minute bus ride away you WILL most likely be late. and be prepared to wait 20 minutes in the heat or the rain for a bus to arrive despite the app/website saying 4 minutes away.
These reviews confuse me. The bus is always on time via the Passio Go app.
Why does it say it’ll take 6 mins to get here, when it’s been 30 mins
Worst, buses are never on time. They are either early or too late.
