I experienced the "Contrast Therapy " for the first time at Bull City Soles. It was Epic! For those of you who are not familiar, Contrast Therapy is going from extreme heat to cold exposure. I started in the sauna for 20mins, got a great sweat going. Then exited and wiped down with a warm towel. I had a fantastic experience at Bull City Soles. I recommend the Rolfing series to my friends! Julie helped me learn more about my body and how to pay attention in ways that have felt like an important step to staying healthy as I age and handle stress! She listens and is very knowledgeable! Sessions are intense but she quickly adjust when needed! She was able to pinpoint problems and offer immediate improvement! It was truly amazing and I left feeling equipped and hopeful!
Julie is amazing. I went through her 10 session Rolfing. My body realigned, old pains disappeared and my posture and health improved as a result.
Rolfing is the only modality I’ve ever experienced that has stopped the chronic pain in my knee, heel and back. It’s truly re-patterning how I live in my body. I appreciate that Julie teaches me simple ways to keep aligned and relaxed between sessions too. She’s highly skilled, warm, intuitive and professional.
My experience with Julie and her Rolfing series was amazing. My body felt so great after the series, and I appreciated that she tailored each of session to where I was experiencing pain in my body. Thank you Julie!
