From the moment I walked in none of the staff spoke to me. Not a hi, hello, or be with you in a second. I get it, I am a big guy, 6'6" 300lbs. I don't look like the majority of their shoppers, but my money spends just as good.
This is a full service shoe store. Matt was great. I went in with notes from my PT regarding issues with my left foot and things to consider for footwear. After measuring my foot, he used these to fit me trying 3 different shoes with my custom orthotics. He was polite, thorough and pleasant to work with.
Walked in to purchase two pairs of shoes. Were greeted. promptly by someone who said they don’t have time for us they are busy. We looked around for a bit and walked over to look at the shoes - then we were asked to move because he needed to clean up. We ate out of town runners preferring to “shop local” to where we are visiting. Don’t waste your time.
Great customer service and very nice.
I keep trying to improve my life and be a runner, but every time someone sees me they crack jokes and bully me. I get pushed off the trail for being slow and then they spit on me and kick me and call me a loser and tell me I'm trash. The people at this store are very nice to me but everyone else hates me.
