I started treatment at Bull City Physical Therapy for neck pain after a car accident. While the situation itself wasn’t ideal, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Timothy was outstanding—professional, thorough in his explanations, and genuinely invested in my recovery and overall well-being. Over the four months I attended, the team was welcoming and built a meaningful relationship with me. I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs.

I have been to 3 other local physical therapy practices in the past, and I can say Bull City Physical Therapy has been the best experience. After a 4-part fracture to my proximal humerus (shoulder), I underwent an open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) in which a plate and many screws were placed. Afterward, I was unable to lift my arm and use it at all.
