So much for free speech. I shared a group post on something that BRS does not sell ( This post was not even approved ) , I was blocked and removed from their Facebook group. Posting needs approval anyway so why remove then ?? Been a long time customer across their group companies, no more!

I was given wrong and incomplete information. Google questions because their "expert" support, ain't. Additionally, their risk-free guarantee is void if the unit touches water. So I guess it is risk free to open the box? Because if it touches water, it voids the guarantee. Try to make sense out of that.
