I was given wrong and incomplete information. Google questions because their "expert" support, ain't. Additionally, their risk-free guarantee is void if the unit touches water. So I guess it is risk free to open the box? Because if it touches water, it voids the guarantee. Try to make sense out of that.

Bertram Capital (private equity) has taken this company down the toilet. Take notice of how many 1 star reviews over the past couple of years. Sales support is much less knowledgeable and the complaints are numerous as they don't even honor faulty equipment.
Very dishonest company with sales agents that either are uninformed or not totally honest. Beware, their "risk-free" warranty ends after you open the box. It is a complete lie. It appears that Bertram Capital (private equity) has screwed the customer focus of BRS. They have many more 1 stars on Google maps after Bertram.
