We have been enjoying Bulk Food Box since we moved to the area 5 months ago. The service has been great. When we had a minor issue it was resolved right away with prompt and friendly service.
Case of cans included unseen dented cans in the middle of the case which were not apparent till I used some of the visible cans on the perimeter. I did my best to address the issue with their customer service, but they did not help me in their responses. I was pretty surprised by this actually, usually customer service departments are much more customer-focused these days.
I have really enjoyed the products that I have purchased from Bulk food box. They have been great at replying in a timely manor when I have questions. To my door delivery is awesome! I do plan to continue to purchase some of my groceries from these guys.
As much as we love The Organic Box, and the products that we order from Bulk Food Box, there are too many errors regarding delivery. On more than 1 occasion our order has not arrived when it was supposed to, which almost always leads us to have to call and sort out the problem. We will (and hope in the future) to give Bulk Food Box a better rating, but unfortunately, the issues have not improved with delivery despite numerous complaints. I bought some products from them to resell as they said that they're a wholesaler and could provide an invoice. However, they couldn't provide a proper invoice but downloaded a sample from the internet and revised it. As a result, I couldn't resell the products that I purchased from them. So I contacted them for return but they said that they didn't accept any return. I believe that they were lying about being a wholesaler just to sell their products.
