I visited Bulk Barn because it’s close by, but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the same employee, Shakira. If someone doesn’t want to work or interact with customers, they probably shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Both times I greeted her first and she didn’t even bother to respond. It’s basic courtesy to acknowledge customers, and it’s frustrating when that doesn’t happen. The attitude felt dismissive and unpleasant. I hope management sees this because customer service matters. I’m super disappointed. I got some bonbons last night, and they are rock hard and clearly stale. The website says candy can’t be returned. That’s $25 down the drain.
