Purchased some macadamia nuts that cost over $8 for around 100 G. The nuts were rancid. Horrible smell and taste. Went to return them for a refund, since having to run to the grocery store to pay $10 for a tiny package. They would not refund and stated that I should have tasted them first. There are signs around the store stating “no tasting”, nor would that be hygienic in anyway. These were being used in a recipe to feed a large crowd. Love bulk barn for the variety and prices. But I struggle to use your scales. They are way too high to reach. The numbers are hard to read and with a wrinkled plastic coating over the glass makes it even more impossible to read. If you are going to supply scales which is a necessity if you are only wanting specific amounts, which is probably the main reason people shop here. The scales need to be easily accessible for all customers not just tall people and the face of the scales needs to be able to be read easily. Otherwise ... read more
Extremely rude people work and manage here! Please avoid. We were working on a tower in the parking lot and politely asked them to move their vehicles…they lost it and told that we were peasants and we should shut our mouths. People like this are the problem. Boycott now
The Girl she work there and who answered the phone in this location she is not a Good customer services type and she is very pushy and not a good communicator and I don't know who gave her the job as a Customer service over there
