I tried returning something which I had bought yesterday which was the wrong birdseed.I was denied because I didn’t have my receipt.I let them know I would take a store credit. They didn’t even try to ask the manager. Very poor customer service! this is zero out of 5 !

Very rude and unprofessional staff at this store. an Aged lady staff member aggressively accused me over a $0.20 candy given to a small child, even after I clearly said I would pay for it once done shopping. Instead of politely explaining store policy, she treated me like a thief. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bulk Barn today. One of the staff members was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in the way she spoke to customers. Instead of helping politely, she used a harsh tone and made the shopping experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should never make people feel unwelcome or embarrassed. The staff here is really helpful. I often can't find what I need, but they are always available and ready and willing to help. And the products are good quality as well. With a great selection of unique cookie cutters too!
