Bulk Barn at Emerald Hills on Emerald Drive is the scoop shop I use when I actually want baking cocoa, not a grocery-aisle tin. I stood over the alkalized black cocoa and the natural cocoa bins, prices by the pound, and filled what I needed with the scoop on the lid. Jelly beans and the rest of the wall if you are not there for baking. This is the Sherwood Park pin.
