Staff was friendly but quality of food and presentation of plates went down a lot. Hot brown sauce served in disposable plastic bowls, smaller portions, chicken was dry... The salad bar had a lot of items that I've never seen at a Scores before. Items that didn't go with the other items in the salad bar selection. It was just weird. This location isn't what it used to be. Don't think I'll be coming back
