I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Lisa during my recent visit. She did not greet us at all and appeared unfriendly throughout the transaction. After scanning the items, she was literally throwing them instead of handling them with care. She also did not thank us or acknowledge us as customers. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression. I hope this feedback can be addressed so that future customers receive a more respectful and welcoming experience.
Sold us an expired popcorn from 2024. Brought it home, opened it up and it was filled with mold. Disgusting. You may want to retrain the staff on expiration dates before someone gets sick.
