Outstanding customer service at the Bulk Barn location on 1400 Upper James Street. On June 12 at approximately 8:15 PM, after having a very rude and disappointing experience at the Bulk Barn location at 659 Upper James Street earlier that same evening, I called this store because I was specifically looking for pistachio spread and wanted to confirm if I could still purchase it before closing. Probably the best Bulk Barn in the area for selection
While I do enjoy their products, my family chooses this location for the customer service. My mother was shopping and experienced a spell of dizziness and felt faint. Franco at the cash desk grabbed her a water and watched until she was feeling better. Thank you Franco!
