My first time there last week, and it will be my last. Purchased almost $100 in candy and chocolate for a party. The jelly belly’s were so hard it was like trying to bite through rocks, and the Bridge Mixture and other assorted chocolate covered candy was not much better. Also, the gent working the cash seemed a little annoyed…, I tried making small talk, hope he was just having a rough day, because he came off rather rude. Not a good experience at the Mountain Plaza location .

great location, Had a cashier named Madison who was very helpful when i had a few questions about the products i was purchasing. highly recommend going to this Bulk Barn. it was a very good experience

Extremely disappointing experience at the Bulk Barn location on Upper James Street. I entered the store around 7:50 PM to purchase pistachio spread and a few other items. The store closes at 8:30 PM, yet around 8:10 PM I was told I could not purchase the pistachio spread because the spatulas had already been sanitized and put away. I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance and politely asked if someone could provide a spatula so I could purchase the product.
