Went in to get a loan, and they were very helpful and polite! Angie Reagan was super kind, and helped us with whatever we needed. Brooke Choate has always been super sweet to us, and very helpful as well! If we ever have to get another loan, we will definitely be going back there.
I'm editing my original review as the main office in Cookeville reached out 2x to me the 1st to get my side of the story and apologize for what had happened but then a 2x time to re-open a account at a different branch than the original one I had. Wonderful bank to work with
