We have been banking at the Monterey branch since we moved here almost 20 years ago. Tonya Jackson, the branch manager, is exceptional and her staff always provide friendly and professional service and foster a hometown atmosphere where outstanding customer service is the standard.
Monterey Builtwell bank is a great bank to deal with, they are always ahead of one bank, Tonya Jackson is one of the best in the bank to help you in any shape or form, Tonya will go out of her way to get what you need, if you need a good banker, loan officer etc, call Tonya in Monterey office, they are friendly people to deal with, Emily is a great Teller, Thank you Tonya and Emily ( Brian Jones )
