I’ve been with Tony at oneweb/ build your site for over 15 years. They have created my website including mobile version, maintained and handled all of my random requests over the years. They are quick to respond and prices are fair. They also have a nice website where you can log into yourself for requests called teamwork. Tony and his team are all great. Really no complaints.
Unfortunately, the company decided to do away with live phone support. Personally this makes it very inconvenient to get answers. I prefer to speak on the phone especially, since I’m a commuter and spend lot if time in my car.
This web site hosting company has become incredibly unreliable. My site has been down now for hours and with no response from customer service. Very disappointing
