We have been using Buildium since May 2025. Prior to changing to Buildium we were using Quickbooks which we had over 30 years experience with. We changed to Buildium since the price for Quickbooks increased from $300 in 2021 to $1000 for 2025 (of course after we cancelled Quickbooks they then offered a reasonable rate for one years). We are a very small homeowners association with only 23 homeowners. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The customer service is horrible and they lie. I have been trying to get my personal information removed from someone's account for over a year and have gotten no where. The lady put me on hold for 10 minutes just to act like she was getting a manager. She also refused to give me a number for corporate, and not to mention the number listed is not in service. These people are a joke.
Been using it for 7+ years. Pretty good software, but the service is atrocious. When you call in, it goes to a call center of people who just read instructions and cannot help with anything. When you ask for a manager to call back, they never do. My 1-star review will stand until a manager calls me back
