I have been seeing Justin as my therapist for years. He has given me such relief in the past years from hamstring pain and lesions. But most recently I had alot of scar tissue in my glutes which was causing annoying hip, IT BAND, sit bone pain. I seen Justin twice and had so much relief. So I am grateful for his professional care and effort he put into me. I also love the gym and he has fantastic understanding of injuries because of his bodybuulding career.
After several pretty lackluster massage experiences elsewhere, I’m really glad I found Justin. As someone with a bodybuilding background and a bigger frame, I’ve found it difficult to find a therapist who understands the amount of pressure and specific techniques I actually need. Best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! He’s incredibly strong, knows exactly how to work out the tight spots, and I always get amazing results. I’ve never had someone able to work the muscles the way he does. And those elbow cracks at the end… 🤌 absolutely heavenly! Highly recommend if you’re in the Edmonton area!
I got a deep tissue massage here a while ago. JJ is very professional, and curtious. Would reccomend.
Excellent treatments, great attention to detail and extensive knowledge pertaining to deep tissue, active release and fascia manipulation.
