This place puts the big boxes to shame After years of dealing with warped boards and elusive retail employees at the chain stores, I found this place by chance and it is awesome… What struck me first was the atmosphere - it just feels like a working lumber yard with active workers and equipment. BMR stands behind the new products that they sell. We bought a door handle kit a couple of years ago and the handle snapped off less than a year after we originally purchased the product. Even though it would take me another year till I could get back to BMR to talk about a replacement handle, they immediately took it upon themselves to work with the manufacturer and have them ship us a replacement within a few days.
