We had a disappointing experience at Building Kidz San Carlos (the infant program) and ultimately decided to leave within 2 months due to repeated concerns around consistency, care, and communication. One of the things they heavily advertised for their infant classroom was following each child's schedule from home. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. This review is a long time coming! We had such a wonderful experience with Building Kidz in San Carlos. Our kids spent three years here, and it really became a special part of our family’s life. The teachers and staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the kids. Communication with parents was always excellent, and we consistently felt informed and connected to what was happening in the classroom. I highly recommend Building Kidz for your children. My twin boys started BK at 18 months and continued there until they started TK. We loved it. The owner, director and all teachers would interact with every kid on a first name basis and created a warm, nurturing environment for the kids to thrive. My daughter went here for 3 years and we really loved it. Navin, Ms Rachel, Ms Bharti, Ms Sally and Ms Amrit are all great. Their director Jessica is great too. The food options were great and their dance and music teacher were fantastic as well. Loved that they celebrated all the festivals. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Our two children attended this daycare for a total of three years, and we truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
