The teachers here are truly amazing. They care deeply for the children, offer wonderful activities, and always give their full attention. I’ve never seen a child upset—the environment is warm, nurturing, and joyful.

I will not stay silent. People deserve to know what is happening in your daycare network. In one branch, a child tragically passed away. In another — Santa Clara — a teacher hit a child. Two weeks later, the director, Mia, did everything she could to push that child out instead of supporting the family. When parents started speaking up, their comments were deleted. My daughter absolutely loves going to school every day, and it's easy to see why. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where little ones can grow and thrive. The way they help them during toilet training and lunch time, has truly amazed me- I would say no less than a mother! The entire group of teachers at Building Kidz Milpitas honestly make this place a second home for our toddler. He went to Building Kidz for close to 2 years before we transitioned him to pre-Kindergarten. Ms Sapna, Ms Prashansa and the specialist teachers (for art & music) blended in the perfect mix of learning & play, and our toddler was eager every evening to tell us everything that happened, and the stories would go on & on.
